After successfully placing an order you will receive an email confirming that your purchase was processed. Once your order has shipped you will receive a second email with a confirmation of shipment.
All orders are shipped Mondays-Fridays 9-5. We are closed weekends.
To keep shipping cost as low as possible, all sticker orders are shipped via Letter Mail.
Letter tracking is only offered & trackable by Pitney Bowes, not USPS. (https://trackpb.shipment.co/track)
Letter tracking is more vague and totally dependent on if the local USPS scans or not, so please be patient.

IF AN ORDER IS SHIPPED BACK TO US DUE TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER, A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR ITEMS ONLY, SHIPPPING COST WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Customer can reach out to repay shipping fees
We can not be held responsible for packages that have been successfully delivered per its tracking number. If the tracking number attached to a package has been updated to the "Delivered" status on USPS's website, the package has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout by USPS.
If the customer finds the package has not been delivered as stated by the tracking number, it is the customers responsibility to reach out to their LOCAL post office to locate the package.
We will not issue refunds in this case.
Please be sure to review and double check your order and size(s) before placing your order, as we only accept returns or exchanges if a mistake is made on our behalf. If this were to happen, all fees associated with the exchange will be at our expense. If a mistake is made with your order, please notify us within 7 business days after receipt. Refunds will only be given once we have reached an amicable decision, or if an order cancellation is made within 24 hours of purchase.

Good quality stickers! And great customer service! 1st package that was sent out got lost in the mail or stolen so it thought I was SOL but Demi is awesome and just sent me a whole new package! I will be a returning customer!
